Don “Wardaddy” Collier’s (Brad Pitt) Tank Commander Uniform
Don “Wardaddy” Collier’s (Brad Pitt) tank commander uniform from David Ayer’s war drama Fury. Wardaddy wore a tanker uniform throughout the film while commanding Fury.
This lot includes Wardaddy’s undershirt, BDU shirt, tanker jacket, gloves, trousers with belt, helmet and personalized satchel. The green thermal undershirt is worn as the base layer and is made of cotton and shows light wear near the cuffs and collar. The green wool BDU shirt (size 17×36) is marked “Wardaddy Double” and features chevrons and unit patches stitched on both arms. The cotton and wool lined brown jacket (size 40R) bears chevron and unit patches stitched to the sleeves and pockets located at either side of the zip-closure. An empty prop Lucky Strike pack remains in the front right pocket. The brown leather gloves have an adjustable strap across the wrist and are labeled in hand-written ink, “Wardaddy Double.” The production mark “double” could mean a double to the principal actor’s main costume, or it could mean a stunt or photo double. A pair of green wool trousers (Marked size 34) with production-made patches on the left thigh comes with brown web belt and a pair of green wool socks. Also included is a tanker helmet with headphones and goggles, marked “22 ½.” The helmet shows minor scuffs and scratches as well as the remnants of a black adhesive stuck just beneath the right headphone. The pair of brown leather knee-high boots (Size 11) feature the initials “B.P.” handwritten inside the left and “B.P. Stunt” within the right. The uniform shows light signs of wear and production distress but remains in good overall condition. Dimensions: (Helmet) 9.5” x 8” x 9.5”
